Dyllon Johnson

 Dyllon Johnson brings over four years of construction experience, including two years leading crews at a major contractor. His leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence are foundational to Bluestone Summit Home Services.


As a father and lifelong Wisconsin resident, Dyllon is driven to build a business that serves the community and creates a legacy for his family. 


Raised alongside his brother Micah, Dyllon learned the value of hard work and friendly competition through years of wrestling and shared experiences in a large, hardworking family.

Jeffrey Smith

 Originally from Orange County, California, Jeffrey Smith relocated to the Midwest in 2017 and brings over six years of hands-on experience in construction and gutter installation. 


With a sharp entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of seamless aluminum gutters, Jeffrey helps lead the company's innovation and expansion across western Wisconsin.


Jeffrey and Dyllon have shared a strong personal and professional bond since 2017—united by their shared vision to build something lasting and rooted in quality craftsmanship.

 Micah Johnson offers over five years of industry experience across multiple trades, including storm restoration, roofing, siding, decks, and insurance claims. 


As a single father and proud Wisconsin native, Micah’s mission is to build a company that supports his family and his community.


Now based in Indianapolis and running Bluestone Summit Construction, Micah continues to guide the strategic direction of Bluestone Summit Home Services alongside Dyllon and Jeffrey. His deep construction knowledge and business leadership help power the company’s growth and values.
