Dyllon brings over four years of construction experience, including two years as a crew lead for a major contractor. He’s a driven young professional raising his family in western Wisconsin, and is committed to building a business rooted in integrity and lasting quality—something he hopes to one day pass on to his son. Dyllon was raised in Wisconsin alongside his brother Micah, where they learned the value of hard work through both family life and competitive wrestling.

Originally from Orange County, California, Jeffrey moved to the Midwest in 2017 and settled in Baldwin, WI. He brings over two years of direct gutter installation experience and more than six years of hands-on work in the trades. A creative thinker and a committed doer, Jeffrey combines construction expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset that helps Bluestone Summit stand apart. He and Dyllon have been close friends since 2017, united by shared values and a desire to build something meaningful.

With over five years of construction experience, Micah brings expertise in roofing, siding, decking, insurance restoration, and customer service. Originally from Wisconsin, Micah now resides in Indianapolis where he runs Bluestone Summit Construction. He remains closely involved in the leadership of Bluestone Summit Home Services in Wisconsin. As a single father, Micah is passionate about building a family-supporting legacy rooted in quality, trust, and hard work.
